When registering, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of your registration information and must promptly update it if any details change. phpgame is not liable for any loss arising from your failure to maintain accurate account information.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your username, password, and any one-time passwords (OTPs) issued to your registered mobile number. You agree to:

phpgame shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, even if phpgame has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
phpgame does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. phpgame makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, regarding the Platform's fitness for a particular purpose.
Nothing in these Terms shall limit phpgame's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under Philippine law.
phpgame reserves the right to suspend or terminate your Account at any time, with or without notice, for any of the following reasons:
Upon termination of your Account for cause, phpgame reserves the right to forfeit any Funds remaining in your Account where permitted by applicable law and regulation. Where termination is not for cause, any verified Funds balance will be returned to you via your registered payment method within a reasonable period.
You may close your Account at any time by contacting phpgame's customer support team. Account closure requests will be processed within five (5) business days. Any pending withdrawal requests at the time of closure will be processed in the normal course.
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the phpgame Platform, you agree to first contact phpgame's customer support team to seek an informal resolution. phpgame will endeavour to resolve all disputes within fifteen (15) business days of receiving written notice of the dispute.
If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, either party may refer the matter to PAGCOR's dispute resolution mechanism, as applicable under phpgame's operating licence. Any unresolved dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Republic of the Philippines.
You agree that any claim or cause of action arising out of or related to these Terms must be filed within one (1) year after such claim or cause of action arose, or it shall be forever barred.
phpgame reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, phpgame will notify registered Users via the email address associated with their Account and/or by posting a prominent notice on the Platform at least seven (7) days prior to the changes taking effect.
Your continued use of the phpgame Platform after the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may close your Account in accordance with Section 12 above.
